Karen’s nutrition philosophy is one that looks at the whole person individually. She truly believes that not one single diet is suitable for everybody. ‘For some people, even a diet that may be deemed healthy can prove problematic depending on the clients health concerns.’ There are many reasons for this, the obvious ones being food intolerances, disease states, metabolic health etc.
She has a special interest in assessing diet protocols for those with multiple food intolerances and clinical experience in a broad range of acute & chronic health concerns such as, digestive disorders, methylation, weight management, stress & anxiety, diabetes, fatigue, high cholesterol.
